Refund Policy

At Culinary Creations, we understand that plans can change. We are committed to working with our clients to provide fair and transparent policies regarding cancellations and refunds for catering services.

Event & Private Chef Service Cancellations

Clients must provide written notice of cancellation at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event date.
Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance of the event will receive a full refund of any deposit or prepayment made.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may result in partial or no refund, depending on the costs already incurred (such as food orders, staff scheduling, or preparation time).
Clients may reschedule once with at least 7 days’ notice, based on availability.
If Culinary Creations must cancel due to an emergency, a full refund or free rescheduling will be offered.

Modifications to Event Details

If you need to make changes to your event (guest count, menu, date, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but modifications made less than 7 days in advance may be subject to additional charges or may not be possible, depending on availability and preparation status.

Meal Prep Services

All orders must be paid in full when placed.
Cancellations 48+ hours before pickup/delivery: Refund issued minus a small planning fee.
Cancellations 24–48 hours before: 50% refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours: No refund.
Missed pickups or deliveries are non-refundable.

Quality Concerns

If you experience an issue with your service or meal, contact us within 24 hours.
We may offer a replacement, credit, or partial refund depending on the situation.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
Any refunds will be issued via the original payment method used, unless otherwise agreed upon.
No-shows or same-day cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
